Where’s your order?

You’ve most likely received tracking information by email (check your spam folder), but if it's missing, feel free to contact us!

Can I exchange an item?

Check the returns page linked above.

New return label:

You’ll receive a return label via email once the return form is completed. If you need a different type of return, reply to us via email, and we’ll usually handle it for you.

Want to change your order before it ships?

We can make adjustments if you’re quick to send an email! Include details on what you'd like to remove or add to your order. Please add a product link, color, and size for clarity on your requested changes.

Received the wrong item?

Email us with a photo of the item you received. If you're returning a mislabeled item, include information in the package so the warehouse is aware of the issue when they receive it.

Missing an item?

Send us an email, and we’ll arrange a new shipment in no time 🚀

Package marked as delivered according to tracking, but you can’t find it?

Check with neighbors and the delivery service. In 99% of cases, this resolves the issue. If the package is still missing, we’re here to help you sort it out!
